We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the purchase price of the product not including shipping.
Since your jewelry is customized jewelry - we can't resell it hence there are no refunds or returns accepted on any piece. If we made an error we will correct it at our expense. We will not accept any customized items for refunds. All items are shipped priority and are insured however, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns
